Hours :

- Arrival: 6 p.m. (another time can be scheduled between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.)

- Departure: until 10 a.m.

- online on our website:

      - direct booking at the lowest rate with our Ke-booking booking engine (not booking.com).        

      - no booking fees

      - immediate guarantee of your reservation by paying a deposit of 25% by credit card

      - secure transaction. A security code will be sent to your smartphone

      - immediate confirmation

      - cancellation insurance linked to your bank card (to be checked with your bank)

  If you cannot book online, we will send you a booking contract by email, to be returned by post with a deposit by check or bank transfer of 25%.

The balance will be paid 1 month before the arrival date.

Means of payment :

The balance can be paid by credit card, checks, holiday vouchers, bank transfer.  

​

For cash payments, we inform you that all banknotes are systematically checked at the detector of  tickets.

​

Tourist tax :

​

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury

​

Cancellation conditions :

​

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total stay.

​

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total stay.

​

In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the total amount of the stay will be invoiced.

Animals :

Animals cannot be accommodated in the gîtes located in Plouha. Your dog can be accommodated in the Gîte Côté Plage in Plouézec (other animals cannot be accommodated).

Tobacco :

All our accommodations are non-smoking areas.
