Very bright, this pleasant vacation rental on one level, with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room-kitchen of 20 m², has a wooden terrace and a lawn on enclosed grounds to the south,
well sheltered from the winds and to the north of a private car park.
At the beginning of 2019, it benefited from a renovation and a makeover for a more trendy decoration. and additional storage was made in 2020.
A garden of aromatic plants was created in 2020, a wisteria and jasmines joined the large palm trees to decorate the lawn.
It is accessible to people with reduced mobility via a wooden access ramp, a door with a flat threshold, an accessible bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Located in the calm of a dead end, it is the starting point for magnificent hikes on the circuit of the cliffs towards Paimpol or towards Plouha....panoramas and a preserved environment!

10 minutes from Paimpol, 20 minutes from the Ile de Bréhat, a privileged site which offers exceptional flora and fauna, at the gates of the Pink Granite Coast.
Plouha and Plouézec are active towns all year round with all amenities.
Plouha is famous for its cliffs, the highest in Brittany, its 5 beaches, but also for the port of Gwin-Zegal, one of the last ports with piles.
Plouézec is a 13 km seafront of cliffs and points, like that of Bilfot punctuated by the Mez-Goëlo islands and the Lost-Pic lighthouse. On these moors where the wind blows supreme, volunteers have given back their wings to the Moulin de Craca.
